Q3. 該如何修改個人資料及密碼?

您可由此變更您登入的E-mail帳號、密碼或寄送地址資料,如您需更新聯絡電話,請於下單時填入正確聯絡電話即可。
更新E-mail帳號後,請留意您的新帳號信箱是否可正常收取heehoo相關訂單通知喔 。

Q5. 目前提供哪些付款方式?
 
目前提供付款方式有两種:

1.  【MAYBANK 柜台付款 / ATM 付款】- 付款后,请附上一张银行汇款单据 以及 您的订单编号一起发到:

2.  【IPAY 88 快速付款方式】- ipay88 快速付款方式,可方便您使用 VISA, MASTERCARD, MEPS, 其他本地银行直接过账。 由于是第三平台服务,将会收取 3 % 服务费用。
 
Q6. 訂單成立後,是否可以取消、加訂、修改商品數量與尺寸,或是合併訂單免運費呢?
 
如欲修改訂單, 请联系 客服中心, 可修改尺寸,数量,颜色或者 【加购】或 【合并】订单商品。

Q7. 如何計算「七天鑑賞期」?

根據消費者保護法之規定,heehoo提供您享有商品到貨的七日鑑賞期權益,是由消費者完成簽收取件的隔日開始算起至第7天止,為七日鑑賞期限。

例如,完成簽收的時間是12/20,其七天鑑賞期起訖日即為12/21~12/27。您如欲辦理退貨, 请参考退换货服务(Return Policy), 下载退换表格,将需更换物品码数、颜色填上即可。

提醒您!以下情況將無法為您辦理退貨,煩請留意以免影響您的退貨權益。
1.試穿時如您有化妝請特別小心,若衣物上沾有粉妝時,請恕無法接受退貨喔。
2.非正常試穿,已長時間穿著,已有使用摺痕或髒污或味道。
3.基於衛生原則,貼身衣物例如內衣褲、襪子,一但拆封即無法退貨。
4.退回時,商品配件不全或吊牌已剪(襯衫等商品請務必退回所有包裝配件)。
5.已在商品上加工,例如:繡花、裁剪、打印……等非lativ商品原樣(請確實驗收商品後再進行加工)。
6.活動贈品未退回。
7.超過七天鑑賞期。

heehoo 目前配送合作运输公司分别为 Poslaju 以及 Citylink Express.

Q10. 如何更改訂購內容、送貨地址或取消訂單?

如需修改内容,需登入会员,然后进行修改。如您已下了订单,内容是不被允许更改,如需更换地址,请联系客服中心

Q11. 訂購商品後需幾天的時間才可以收到商品呢?

常態的出貨時間為:今天下單,一至三工作日将收到貨品。
但請務必注意:週日及例假日不出貨,超過每日截止時間的訂單要多等一天。

原則上heehoo 週一至週五收單截止時間為每日am10:00,超過am10:00則出貨時間多加一天。

Q1 . I have forgotten my password – what shall I do?

Go to front page, click the 'Forgotten password' link and you will then be e-mailed details to obtain a new password. Please ensure your e-mail address is entered exactly as when you first registered it (as our system is very case sensitive).

Q2. I have forgotten my registered email address - what shall I do? 

 Please contact to our Customer Service to retrieve your email address. 

Q3. How do I edit my personal details? 

Please login to your account and edit your personal information. 

Q4. How do I shop online?

You will need to register with us before your order can be processed (please refer to Shopping Guide). This is so that we can make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We can store multiple delivery addresses for you and you can opt into receiving our weekly email newsletters. Simply select an on this site, choose your preferred colour and size – then add to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping click on the shopping bag at the top of the page and follow the checkout procedure. 

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST 6% at the current rates. The prices are correct at the time we enter them into the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. 

At the checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order summary page. 

When you are ready to complete your order, click the Check Out button and you will be taken to the Payment page. Make sure you review this page carefully, as you won't be able to change the order once payment has been processed. You'll also be sent a confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order.  

If you need help placing an order or have any other questions, please get in touch with our Customer service team by visiting our Contact us page. We will respond by the next working day, Monday to Friday, 9am – 9.00pm. Please be aware that all of our e-mails are conducted in English.

Q5. How do I pay for my order?

We currently only accept two payment method - [ Online banking / ATM Bank In] or [ Ipay88 payment system ]. Please choose Ipay88 as your payment method, if you are going to use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Visa Eletron to pay for you to pay for your order, We will only take the payment from your account when we despatch your order. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to. Please note we do not currently accept payments through PayPal, cheques or cash on delivery. 

Q6. Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. Please contact to our Customer Service to change or edit your order.

Q7. What if my purchase is unsuitable?

Should you find your purchases unsuitable for any reason you can simply exchange the order for anything else in store or request for a refund within 7 days of purchase. 

You can post it back to the us following the instructions provided on the Return Policy

Please note, any additional items purchased in store, or any items that have been exchanged for in store will then fall under the store’s returns policy which states that we will happily exchange or refund any unsuitable items within 7 days of purchase. 

Q8. How do I return an item by post?

  • Complete the returns form and enclose with your items, matching the item number to the number given below the barcode of the product price tag.
  • Ensure your items are in a securely wrapped parcel, complete and place a returns address label on the parcel.
  • Take the parcel (with enclosed returns form) and the tax invoice to the Post Office. Please retain your receipt (including any tracking information) until you receive your refund.
  • Please remember to complete the returns form with your returned product(s). 

Q9. How much do I pay for postage and packing for my order?

This depends on which area that you are stated. You can refer to our Delivery Service

Q10. If need to change my address or other details, what do I have to do?

Please log into your account to change your personal details, including your email address.

Q11. How long have I got to collect my stuff?

It may takes 1 ~ 3 working days to reach your place.
